Tribon Capital Management (“Tribon Capital”, “we”, “us”) is the data controller responsible for the personal data described in this policy. We are based in Oslo, Norway. If you have any questions about this policy or how we handle your data, you can reach us at triboncapital@gmail.com.
We only collect the personal data you choose to provide through the contact form on this website: your name, email address, your organisation (optional), and the contents of your message. We do not collect any other personal data through this website, and we do not buy or obtain your data from third parties.
We use the information you submit solely to read and respond to your enquiry and to carry on any correspondence that follows from it. Our legal basis under the EU/EEA General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries about our services (Article 6(1)(f)) and, where relevant, taking steps at your request prior to entering into a business relationship (Article 6(1)(b)). We do not use your data for marketing or automated decision-making.
When you submit the form, your message is delivered to us as an email and stored in our email inbox. Our email is provided by Google (Gmail). Google may process this data on servers outside the EU/EEA, including in the United States; such transfers are covered by Google’s standard contractual clauses and data-transfer safeguards. We do not store contact-form submissions in any separate database on this website.
We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any resulting relationship, after which it is deleted. If you would like us to delete your data sooner, contact us and we will do so unless we are legally required to retain it.
This website uses only strictly necessary cookies required for the site and the secure investor login to function. We do not use analytics, advertising, or third-party tracking cookies, so no cookie consent banner is required.
Under the GDPR you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to our processing of it, and to request a copy in a portable format. To exercise any of these rights, email us at triboncapital@gmail.com.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. In Norway, this is the Norwegian Data Protection Authority (Datatilsynet, datatilsynet.no).
We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised “last updated” date.
